We accept ANY plan from FEP or BCBSND. You may be responsible for charges resulting from your plan’s deductible, coinsurance, or copay.

We accept PPO plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield in other states. 

• These states may use names such as Anthem, Highmark, Regence, or Carefirst

• You may be responsible for charges resulting from your plan’s deductible, coinsurance, or copay.

1. We do not accept these insurance plans. You will have to pay for services upfront.

2. You may be able to submit our invoice to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. You should verify your out-of-network benefits before booking an appointment. We can assist you in submitting the invoice to your insurance.

We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare, even if it is run by Blue Cross in your state. You will have to pay for services directly.
